National Marine Park, Sazan-Karaburun

National Marine Park is a special asset natural, and a tourist attraction known by both domestic and foreign tourists. It is the first water park in site declared in 2010 and has an area of about 9848 ha. It stands out for its great scientific, ecological value and tourism, with a distinguished marine biodiversity and numerous underwater archaeological assets. Along the peninsula there are some wonderful bays and beaches as well as a large number of sea caves and nature monuments. From beaches and monuments of nature to visit, St. basil`s Bay, St. John`s Bay, Bristan Beach, Grama Bay, Haxhi Ali Cave, Duke John`s Cave etc. Sazan Island is another important tourist destination point, which can e reached by boat ride from the port of Vlora or from Radhima.
